Host Anna Kavanaugh

Anna Kavanaugh is a writer and activist. Her original novel, "The Cord of Callows," now an upcoming expanded trilogy series, is the inspiration for a GMO documentary film entitled, "The Cord of Callows trilogy: Fact Behind the Fiction. Fear Behind the Fact.". Her focus is on information and providing impetus to championing causes of awareness and reform; not taking a didactic approach, rather an encouraging one that engages and stimulates those willing to listen.

"Even minor tampering with nature is apt to bring serious consequences, as did the introduction of a single chemical (DDT). Genetic engineering is tampering on a monumental scale. Nature will surely exact a heavy toll for this trespass."

- Dr. Eva Novotny

"With genetic engineering, we will be able to increase the complexity of our DNA, and" improve the human race. But it will be a slow process, because one will have to wait about 18 years to see the effect of changes to the genetic code."

- Stephen Hawking
